I am a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and an executive nurse leader with expertise in caring for older adults with a passion tosupport, mentor and develop nurses and to drive health policy initiatives. I advocate on behalf of vulnerable older adults and the nursing profession, and build individual and organization coalitions to harness the collective voices in support of key clinical and policy imperatives. I understand the complexities of federal and state policy priorities, identify and execute learning and development opportunities, and work through new and established relationships to improve health and achieve health equity. My background in geriatrics, clinical operations, nursing workforce and health policy make me a key asset to your organization.
